Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the Director, who was present with two additional staff and 14 children. The children were engaged in "club time", which consisted of a variety of table top activities.Three staff files and six children's files were reviewed, as well as medication for one child and documentation of three injury/accident reports.
There were no areas of non compliance observed during this inspection.
