Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the staff from 7:30 am to 8:15 am. Twenty nine children were present with two staff providing supervision. Six children and three staff files were reviewed as well as three injury accident reports. The center was up to date on their monthly escape drills, shelter-in-place and lockdown drills. No medication was reviewed today. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.
