Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 31, 2022. There were 14 children in care ages 5 years through 11 years old under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed playing kickball, during transition and creating Halloween slime.
Four staff records and five children's records were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. There are no medications on site.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
