Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director from 4:30 pm to 5:15 pm. There were 18 children present with 4 staff providing supervision. The children were engaging in fitness time in the gym, table top games and karaoke.
There are no medications on site and one allergy care plan was reviewed There have been no injuries/accidents in 2024 and one behavioral report was reviewed. The area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

The center failed to maintain a written record of children's allergies. Child #1 has a diagnosed food allergy to eggs, however their name was not listed on the most recent allergy list, which was dated 2/2/24.
Plan of Correction: We will make sure child #1's name is on the allergy list.
