An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on January 29, 2024, beginning at 1:43 P.M. and ending at 2:12 P.M. There were 18 school-aged children in the direct care of 5 staff. The children were observed playing individual and large group games. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Three medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 1/4/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 10/3/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/25/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 10/17/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 3/7/2022.
