Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/30/24. The inspection began at 7:35 am and ended at 8:25 am. The Inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 45 children present with 3 staff. The ages of the children ranged from 5 to 11 years.
Four staff and seven children's records were reviewed on-site. The inspection included documentation review, medication review for seven children to include a review of 3 allergy care plans, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violation s were issued.
