Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/11/24 from 6:15 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. with the Site Director. There were four children in care, ranging in age from five to 12-years-old, supervised by two staff. The children were observed playing board games. Five child records and four staff records were reviewed. The Center has four staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and three staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. No medications were on site. Three staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
