Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director from 4:10 to 5:05 pm. The director was present with 3 additional staff and 45 children. The children were preparing to go outside at the beginning of the inspection and were observed outside for most of the inspection. Six medications were reviewed for five children as well as 4 allergy care plans. Four staff and seven children's files were reviewed during this inspection. There were no violation observed.
