Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today with the director from 5pm to 5:55 pm. There were a total of 5 staff present and supervising 32 children. The ages of the children ranged from 5 to 11 years. The children were outside preparing to line up to return inside at the beginning of the inspection. Upon entering the school, the children took a bathroom break and transitioned to quiet time and snack. Medications for 7 children were inspected as well as 4 allergy care plans. Five staff and seven children's files were reviewed and there were no violations observed during this inspection.
