Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on February 29, 2024, beginning at 6:59 a.m. and ending at 7:32 a.m. There were 17 school-aged children in the direct care of 5 staff. The children were observed playing tabletop games. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Five medications and 2 allergy care plans were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 2/1/2024. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/9/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/3/2024. The most recent health inspection was dated 2/2/2024. The most recent fire inspection was dated 3/20/2023.
