An unannounced Subsidy and Health Inspection was conducted in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Four staff records were reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice Training and current certification in First Aid and CPR.
