Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted with the director on September 13, 2023, beginning at 5:20pm and ending at 5:50pm. There were 3 school-age children in the care of 2 direct care staff. The children were observed playing checkers. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 8/30/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/27/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/24/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated January 23, 2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated May 30, 2023.
