Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted beginning 1/24/23 and ending 1/25/23 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A total of 41 children were present with 4 caregivers. The children were engaged in the following: making crown crafts and eating snack which consisted of milk and a pear. Programming, menus, emergency procedures, 8 medications, and 5 children?s records and 4 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
