Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal/monitoring inspection was conducted on 04/3/2024 from 7:25am to 8:15am. There were 24 children ages 5 years to age 12 years old supervised by 5 staff. The physical plant, programming, attendance, menus, 5 staff records, 3 children?s records, 13 medications with corresponding authorization records, 5 allergy care plans, emergency drills, emergency supplies and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating in art, basketball, and gross motor games. There was an adequate number of staff present with current certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT), CPR and First Aid, and Daily Health Observation (DHO) training. There were no areas of non-compliance observed during the inspection.
