Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 5:15 p.m. There were 11 children in care ages 7 to 14 years of age under the care and supervision of 3 staff. Children were observed creating an art project and having snack. Five children's records, three staff records and two medications were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
