An unannounced, monitoring inspection was completed on February 7, 2025. The inspection began at 4:55 p.m. and ended at 5:45 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
