Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on October 3, 2022 beginning at 6:00 AM and ending at 6:45 AM. There were 2 school age children in the care of 2 staff members. The children were observed entering the program and doing table top activities. Five children?s records and two staff records were reviewed and determined to be in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were reviewed and in compliance. Four medications were reviewed and in compliance. The most recent emergency escape drill was documented as 9/8/2022. The most recent shelter in place drill was documented as 9/12/2022. The most recent health inspection was dated 9/22/2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated 4/28/2022.
