Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on May 1, 2023 beginning at 8:03am and ending at 8:52am. There were 42 school aged children, ages 6 through 13 years old, in the care of 3 direct care staff. The child was observed cleaning up activities and preparing to get breakfast. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Eight medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 3/29/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/21/22. The most recent health inspection was dated March 8, 2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated January 19, 2023.
