Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on May 1, 2023 beginning at 7:15am and ending at 7:48am. There was 1 school aged child in the care of 2 direct care staff. The child was observed doing a Mother?s Day craft. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Two staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 4/24/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 11/4/22. The most recent health inspection was dated May 3, 2022. The most recent fire inspection was dated November 11, 2022.
