Violations

1
Standard 8VAC20-780-60-A-8
Based on a review of the allergy list and interview, it was determined that one child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have a written allergy care plan on file with instructions from a physician to address steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction.
Evidence:
Child # 1 is allergic to fava beans, peas, and peanuts however there was no written allergy car plan on file.
Plan of Correction: We will get the allergy care plan.
