Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today with the director from 4:40 pm to 5:55 pm. There were 12 children and 3 staff present. The children and staff were outside on the playground at the beginning of the inspection. One child had food allergies on site and one allergy care plan was reviewed. There were no medications on site and the director reported that there have been no injury/accident reports in 2024. Three staff and six children's files were reviewed and the area of non compliance is outlined on the violation notice.

The center shall maintain a current written list of all children's allergies, sensitivities and dietary restrictions.
Child A's allergy to soybeans were not listed. Child A's sensitivities and dietary restrictions to legumes, lima beans alfalfa sprouts, licorice, tofu, miso, bean curd etc were not listed.
