Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on March 31, 2022 beginning at 4 p.m. by video call. There were 14 children in care ranging in age from 5 years to 10 years of age under the care and supervision of staff. Child care areas, supplies and materials were observed.
Four children's records and two staff records were reviewed. Two medications were reviewed and in compliance. A complete first aid kit, battery operated radio and flashlight were present. Staff training hours were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
