Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on April 5, 2023. There were 11 children in care ages 5 years through 10 years old under the care and supervision of 6 staff. Children were observed during snack, transition time, handwashing and a group craft activity.
Four children's records and three staff files were reviewed. Emergency drills were up to date. Four medications and authorizations were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
