A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 10/18/2022 with the staff. Ten children and two staff were present during the inspection.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations.
Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standard were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
