Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 1/5/2023 and concluded on 1/5/2023. There were a total of 9 children ( 23 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the flowing: arriving to the program and toy play. The home, 2 new child records, 6 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies and policies were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of household records and provider interview, one household member has not submitted to fingerprinting by end of 30th day of residing in the home.
Evidence: Household #1 has resided in the home for over a year and does not have documentation of fingerprint results.
Plan of Correction: Provider stated she needs to schedule the appointment for fingerprinting on a Saturday so she can assist the household member. The results will be emailed to the Inspector within 2 weeks.
