Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on 04/29/2025 and completed on 05/09/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:40 AM and ended at 11:40 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records virtually.
This inspection included a document review, a tour of the facility, and interviews. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Plan of Correction: The administration will submit the CPS via the portal and will ensure that they are submitted prior to hire in the future.
