An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/21/2024 from 12:50 PM to 1:25 PM. There was one child present with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. One child record and one staff record were reviewed.
