Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on March 27, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:15am and ended at 9:20am. There were 2 caregivers with 4 children in one room at the time of the visit. The children were observed playing with various age appropriate toys, drawing and coloring, diapering and handwashing. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill logs were reviewed.. The physical plant was inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
