Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 03/10/2026, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 2:30 pm and ended at 3:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and measurements. Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

A tuberculosis (TB) screening is required every two years from the last screening.

Staff #3 updated screening was due 9 days ago, this has not yet been completed.
Plan of Correction: Staff #3 will get an updated TB screening.
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-D
The center shall implement a monthly practice evacuation drill.

There was no evacuation drill practiced for the month of February 2026.
Plan of Correction: Center will practice evacuation drills monthly.
