An unannounced, monitoring inspection was completed on November 4, 2024. The inspection began at 3:00 p.m. and ended at 4:24 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were ten children present and two caregivers; the point total was 22. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
