Inspector Notes
An unannounced, monitoring inspection was completed on October 29, 2025.The inspection began at 12:45 PM and ended at 2:10 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 9 children present and two caregivers; the point total was 20. The inspector reviewed four children's records and two caregivers and one household member's records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
