Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/13/23 from 6:40am to 7:30am with program staff. There were six children in care by the end of the inspection, supervised by three staff. The children were observed having free play. Three child records and three staff records were reviewed. The program has three staff with current certification in CPR and First Aid, and three staff trained in Daily Health Observation Training. The staff reported there was no medication on site for children, but the program has two staff current in Medication Administration Training (MAT). Required postings were observed. The attendance, menu, and emergency drill log were reviewed.
