An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on October 10, 2023, beginning at 4:25pm and ending at 5:40pm. There were 18 school-aged children in the direct care of four staff members. The children were observed playing games. Five children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Three staff records were reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 10/5/23. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 4/25/23. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 1/24/23. The health and fire inspections were reviewed and in compliance.
