Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A code compliance inspection was initiated on 10/15/2021 and concluded on 10/21/2021. The director person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 12 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 4, with 4 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records were reviewed.
