Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on November 18, 2025 and completed on December 17, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 13, 2025 relating to allegations of confidentiality and established and implemented policies and procedures. The inspector reviewed one child?s record electronically on 11/18/2025 & 11/19/2025. This inspection included document review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
