The Licensing Inspector for Daleville Baptist Church conducted an unannounced RECDC Monitor Inspection on Wednesday, May 15, 2024. Licensing Inspector arrived & started inspection at 12:05 pm and concluded at 2:25 PM. There were a total of thirteen (13) children ages 3-4 years old present under the direct care and guidance of three (3) staff members. Licensing Inspector reviewed 3 children records and 5 staff records.

Upon enrollment of a child the child day program shall require information from the person enrolling the child regarding previous child day care and schools attended by the child.

Records for Child #1, #2 and #3 did not included information regarding previous child day care and schools attended.
Plan of Correction: Center will obtain information from each parent regarding the previous school and day care attended.

Child day programs are required to have a carbon monoxide detector in each building that was built before 2015.

A carbon monoxide detector was unavailable in the building built before 2015 and houses the child day program.
Plan of Correction: Director will purchase and install carbon monoxide detector for each building used for the day care.
