Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review and interviews.

A code compliance inspection was initiated on August 10, 2021 and concluded on August 11, 2021. The in-charge person was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of two children?s records and two staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable code sections. No violations were issued.
