An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on September 28, 2023. This on-site visit was conducted from 10:10 a.m. through 11:08 a.m. Five children and six staff records were reviewed.
Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice. Please complete your plan of correction within 5 business days and return to the licensing inspector.

Based on observation the center failed to have hazardous substances out of reach of the children in care.
Evidence:
1. Observation of two classrooms revealed hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes were within reach of children.
2. The director immediately removed the hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes and place the items out of reach of children.

Plan of Correction: Teachers will place Germ-X and Lysol Wipes higher than children can reach. We will install shelves in classrooms where that is an option and/or use existing tall closets to store on top to keep these substances/wipes out of reach of all
