Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including phone contacts, documents review, interviews, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring/renewal/complaint inspection was initiated on 02/09/22 and concluded on 02/28/22. The director was contacted by phone and virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present, ages infant and toddler, with 6 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child record and two staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
