Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 1/30/2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:35 pm and ended at 2:40 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 23 children present and nine staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
1The changing table located in the bathroom used by the 2-4 year old children has a wooden piece that is broken. This could entangle a child's clothing or skin.
