Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on July 27, 2022 from 10:08 AM to 12:00 PM to review supplemental health and safety requirements. Today, there were nine children in care, infancy through age nine years (21 points), with two caregivers. I determined compliance with requirements for operational responsibilities, record keeping, children's information, two caregiver records and training, three records for children, reports, hazardous substances, bathroom use, allergies, nutrition, emergency planning, and hand washing. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
