Inspector Notes

A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 03/09/2022. There were 9 children present with 3 staff supervising. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on documentation review, the record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care was not recorded as it occurs.
evidence:
1) On the date of inspection, the LI observed 9 children in care in the family day home. However, the attendance record showed only 8 children as present.
Plan of Correction: The provider updated the attendance sheet.
