Inspector Notes
An initial Subsidy Health and Safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from approximately 2:05pm to 4:30pm. There were 67 children in attendance and a total of 23 staff directly supervising. During the inspection, the children and staff were observed participating in a variety of activities. Staff were observed having positive interactions with the children. All areas of the facility including classrooms, hallways, playgrounds, and bathrooms were inspected. Medication is administered when required and medications and medication authorizations were reviewed. Six children's records and six staff records were reviewed.
A code compliance inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
