Inspector Notes

The department received a complaint incident regarding allegations in the areas of supervision, and a subsequent investigation was initiated on January 17, 2023 and concluded on January 30, 2023. On January 17, the inspector was on site from 3:30pm until approximately 3:50pm conducting interviews, completing observations, and reviewing documentation. Additional documentation required to complete the investigation was emailed to the inspector on January 20, 2023.

The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
