Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated on April 24, 2025 and completed on May 8, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 p.m. and ended at 3:15 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 82 children present with 18 staff. The inspector reviewed 8 children?s records and 8 staff records on-site; additional information was sent electronically on May 8, 2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations
