A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the code compliance inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in code were reviewed during this SHSI.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The facility shall have a written care plan for each child with a diagnosed food allergy, to include instructions from a physician regarding the food to which the child is allergic and the steps to be taken in the event of a suspected or confirmed allergic reaction. Child C has diagnosed food allergies but did not have a written allergy action plan on file.
Plan of Correction: An allergy action plan will be obtained for each child with diagnosed food allergies.

Evacuation procedures shall be practiced at least annually. There were no documented drills for September 2024 or November 2024.
Plan of Correction: Evacuation drills will be practiced and documented monthly.
