Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between 8:25am and 9:40am. There were 8 children present with the Provider and 2 assistant for a total of 16 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed being dropped off (kiss n go style), playing with hula hoops, participating in circle time, watching an educational video clip about Yom Kippur and transitioning to eat a morning snack outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. There is an ample amount of supplies and activities available to the children. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, fire drill log, menu, attendance and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.
