An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/13/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45am and ended at 12:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 12 children present and 3 caregivers; the point total was 24. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 3 caregiver records. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews and observations.
