Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 3, 2023. There were 5 children present (16 points) with 1 caregiver. The home, children's records, caregiver records, household member records, first aid kits, menu's, carbon monoxide detectors, refrigerator thermometers and cribs were reviewed. The children were observed hand washing and playing with floor toys. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the violation notice.
