Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/26/2022. There were 7 children, ages 2 months- 3 years, totaling 17 points, and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records and 4 caregiver records were reviewed. The children were observed in free choice play and diapering was observed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:10 am and departed at 10:15 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
